Objective: Strengthen listening comprehension by following two-step spoken directions in Spanish.

📋 Instructions (parent)

  1. Stand together in an open space where you can both move freely.
  2. Give a two-part direction in Spanish, like 'jump and then clap.'
  3. Do the action together the first few times so your child hears and sees both steps.
  4. Gradually let your child do the two steps on their own while you only say the words.
  5. Cheer after each success, then let your child give YOU a two-step command.

➕ Extension ideas

  • Add a third step once two steps feel easy.
  • Use objects: 'pick up the spoon and then put it in the cup' for real-world directions.
