🧺 Materials

📋 Instructions (parent)
- Tell the child you are running a pretend post office and they need to sign their special mail.
- Write the child's name once on paper as a model and say each letter aloud.
- Have the child copy each letter onto their own 'letter to mail', helping with tricky strokes.
- Let them decorate the page, then fold it and slide it into the envelope or shoebox mailbox.
- Deliver the mail to a family member and read the signed name together.
➕ Extension ideas
- Write the names of family members and 'mail' a card to each one.
- Trace name letters with a finger in a tray of flour or sugar before writing on paper.
